We manage private funds primarily targeting office buildings, rental housing, commercial facilities, and other assets. We provide investment opportunities and asset management services to a wide range of investors, including domestic and international institutional investors and funds.

Investment Management Department 4

We are engaged in the management of infrastructure　assets, primarily focusing on renewable energy generation facilities, as the first listed infrastructure fund in Japan, Takara Leben Infrastructure Investment Corporation (security code: 9281). Please note that this investment corporation delisted in 2023 due to a tender offer bid by its parent company, MIRARTH Holdings, and SMBC Financial Group in November 2022. However, we continue to operate private funds based on the same assets post delisting.
